Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

- Be returned with all original tags and packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and returned through your original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please send the item to the return address provided through our email correspondence.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
The time required for exchanged items to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
