At Dhongila, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@dhongila.com, and send the item back to us.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in our email correspondence. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
